Tasting Rome

Italian food has always held a place in my heart (and stomach). Not only is it absolutely delicious, but it isn't really that hard to make. All you need is a little time and great ingredients. A couple of my favorite recipes are spaghetti carbanara, eggplant parmesian, and gnocchi with a butter sage sauce.
