Pumpkin

PUMPKIN SOUOP

The ultimate healthy soup, this soup combines pumpkin and others healthy elments. In order to create your pumpink soup you need:

  • Pumpkin: 1kg
  • Vegetal broth: 1L
  • Black Pepper: As you prefer
  • Extravergin Oil: 60 g
  • Potatos: 200 g
  • White Onions: 80 g
  • Salt: As you prefer
As you prefer As soon as you have prepared your igredients, just follow our preparation scheme steps. First: Insert the vegetal broth in a pot, in the meantime start cutting your pumpink. The suggestion here is to cut the pumpink in very small pieces. Repeate the same process with onions. Second: Add a good part of your olive oil into the vegetal broth and add the cutted pumpink and onions. Third: When you want add some salt and pepper. Last step: When your vegetable are cooked. Blend them. Now you are ready to eat!! Enjoy!

SWEET CREPS

  • Sugar: 5 teaspoons
  • Eggs: 3
  • whole milk: 1L
  • Butter: 5g
  • Flaur: 250 g
  • As soon as you have prepared your igredients, just follow our preparation scheme steps. First: Break the eggs and put them in a pot. Second: Add some milk and flaur and start shake the ingredients, follow the process till you have a balanced mixture Third: take a pot, put some butter! You are ready to start cooking your crepes!!
