The ultimate healthy soup, this soup combines pumpkin and others healthy elments.
In order to create your pumpink soup you need:
Pumpkin: 1kg
Vegetal broth: 1L
Black Pepper: As you prefer
Extravergin Oil: 60 g
Potatos: 200 g
White Onions: 80 g
Salt: As you prefer

As soon as you have prepared your igredients, just follow our preparation scheme steps.
First: Insert the vegetal broth in a pot, in the meantime start cutting
your pumpink. The suggestion here is to cut the pumpink in very small pieces.
Repeate the same process with onions.
Second: Add a good part of your olive oil into the vegetal broth and add
the cutted pumpink and onions.
Third: When you want add some salt and pepper.
Last step: When your vegetable are cooked. Blend them.
Now you are ready to eat!!

whole milk: 1L
Butter: 5g
Flaur: 250 g
As soon as you have prepared your igredients, just follow our preparation scheme steps.

Second: Add some milk and flaur and start shake the ingredients, follow the process till you have a
balanced mixture
Third: take a pot, put some butter!
