Regoli is a family owned business and since 1916 they do typical Italian pastry and cakes in a small retro location.
Unfortunately their pictures do not have the best quality but I totally recommend you this place.

Le Levain is a French bakery and has recently been nominated as the best bakery in Rome. The pastry chef, Giuseppe is Italian from the south, he studied Patisserie in France with Alain Ducasse and then decided to open his shop in Trastevere. The location is nice and everything he does is delicious.

Pompi Il regno del Tiramisu, is indeed very famous for thir tiramisu, a typical Italian dessert. Even if now they also offer a wide variety of products, their tiramisu is their specialty.
It is available in many different tastes, here are two examples, the classic and the strawberry one (my two favorites).
