Spring is definetely here and summer is ready to come. These are three places I really enjoy going when it is sunny outside and I want to eat something fresh! Enjoy!!

A place I really appreciate going is Ginger. They offer a wide variety of (giant) salads with fresh ingredients, sandwiches, or hot meal that vary depending on the season. Plus, they have a wide variety of fruits, including exotic fruits that are usually difficult to find.

What I also love about this place is that they also do fruit shakes and yogurt to go at anytime. It happens really often that I take a walk in the centre of Rome and it is really refreshing to have something to eat while walking :) .

Ciampini is also in the city centre in the beautiful Piazza S. Lorenzo in Lucina. They do not only serve lunch but they also offer breakfast, aperitivo and dinner. Furthermore, they do their own gelato that I totally recomment.

At lunch time they also have a variety of things such as pizza, pasta, salads, sandwiches. The thing I love the most about this place is the location espacially when it is sunny outside.

Obica is a chain present in Italy, UK, USA and Japan. Silvio Ursini, the founder was born in Naples in the south of Italy.

fun fact: Obica means "eccolo qua/here it is" in Napolitan dialect

This restaurant is especially famous for their mozzarella di bufala and all the concept of their restaurants revolves around it. On sunday they also serve brunch with some piano live music.
