Ingredients: Cooking oil (Optional) A small bunch of Coriander 1/2 an onion 1/2 teaspoon of salt 3 chillis 2 Eggs Method: Chop the onion into little cubes and put them in a small bowl Chop the chillis in small pieces put them in a small bowl Crush and mix the onion and the chillis Add the 2 eggs in the bowl Add the salt Whisk (not whisky hahaha) everything in the bowl with a fork until frothy Wash the coriander, chop into small pieces and mix it in the bowl Heat up the cooking oil in a frying pan then pour everything from the mixing bowl in the pan Cover the pan Turn the heat to low When the the egg's surface becomes a golden colour, flip it on the other side After a couple of minutes (not more than 5 minutes), turn off the heat.
