Dim Bhaja

Ingredients:

  1. Cooking oil
  2. (Optional) A small bunch of Coriander
  3. 1/2 an onion
  4. 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  5. 3 chillis
  6. 2 Eggs

Method:

  • Chop the onion into little cubes and put them in a small bowl
  • Chop the chillis in small pieces put them in a small bowl
  • Crush and mix the onion and the chillis
  • Add the 2 eggs in the bowl
  • Add the salt
  • Whisk (not whisky hahaha) everything in the bowl with a fork until frothy
  • Wash the coriander, chop into small pieces and mix it in the bowl
  • Heat up the cooking oil in a frying pan then pour everything from the mixing bowl in the pan
  • Cover the pan
  • Turn the heat to low
  • When the the egg's surface becomes a golden colour, flip it on the other side
  • After a couple of minutes (not more than 5 minutes), turn off the heat.
