Ro Chaa

Ingredients:

  1. Teaspoon of Black tea leaves
  2. Cinammon sticks
  3. 3 cloves
  4. 2 Cardamomt

Method:

  • Boil the water in a small pan (3/4 of the pan must be filled with water)
  • Put in the water the caradamom, cloves and break into little pieces the cinammon sticks
  • Let the water boil until the water has a tinge of reddish-brown colour
  • Add the teaspoon of tea leaves
  • Boil for one minute
  • Pour the tea in teacups with a filter
  • Add teaspoons of sugar depending on how much sugar you want
  • Serve with butter buiscuits
  • Buon Appetito!
