Ro Chaa
Ingredients:
- Teaspoon of Black tea leaves
- Cinammon sticks
- 3 cloves
- 2 Cardamomt
Method:
Boil the water in a small pan (3/4 of the pan must be filled with water)
Put in the water the caradamom, cloves and break into little pieces the cinammon sticks
Let the water boil until the water has a tinge of reddish-brown colour
Add the teaspoon of tea leaves
Boil for one minute
Pour the tea in teacups with a filter
Add teaspoons of sugar depending on how much sugar you want
Serve with butter buiscuits
