PARIS!
I was in Paris from October 3 to October 6. My roommate and I went for the weekend. We stayed in a little town outside of Paris which was just an easy metro ride away. We walked around, went into the Lourve, and explored each part of the city.
Highlights
Eiffel Tower
I had never seen the Eiffel Tower, so seeing it in person was amazing. We made sure to see it every day we were there. We also waited until sunset to see it sparkle on the hour. Our dinner restaurant had a perfect view of it one night! There was a tucked away avenue that we went to where we could see it from afar with all of the fall trees.
Arc de Triomphe
We got to climb to the top of the Arc and see a whole panoramic view of Paris. It was my favorite part because the fall colors combined with the beauty of Paris was perfect. It was a perfect people watching spot too.
Exploring
The best way to explore Paris was to just wander around the streets. The buildings were so classy and beautiful. Shops, cafes, and people everywhere! We took a morning to go to the famous Louvre museum too.
