About LuNa
LuNa is a new food's design concept, which unifies the innovative ideas of Nadia & Luca. Nadia & Luca are a marvellous representation of Italian creative minds, more importantly, my best form of inspiration since they are my lovely parents! Luca is always improving his pizza's dough by elaborating new chemical mixtures to reach a more natural, but original taste. His thirty-years experience on the field allows him to constantly create and enhance the quality of a very light and digestible dough. His constant effort brings him to improve his work day by day. His words, which he repeatedly keeps telling to me, are: "Remember that you will never stop learning!". Nadia is a food researcher. She constantly informs and updates herself about the gourmet recipes, which she finds on books, magazines, the Internet, and through skilled and qualified people. Thanks to her twenty-five years experience on the field she is able to form a variety of internationally delicious and original recipes. She collaborated with chefs who are rewarded for their Michelin stars and she has expanded her knowledge. At the same time, she remains a very humble person who always reminds me that, "Humility is at the base of everything"
