Hello, my name is Nicole Pexa and I have just finished my last semester of college in Rome, Italy. Coming Abroad
I wouldn't say I led the most adventurous lifestyle before coming to Rome, Italy to live for three and a half months. Living in another country has been an amazing experience that I think has changed me for the better. Below are things that were once true, but after my study abroad experience I am happy to say that they no longer are.
- I have never had my own apartment.
- I have never traveled alone.
- I have never been outside of North America before.
- I have never spoken Italian.
I have become more confident and independent because of this experience, and I am looking forward to having more experiences in the future that continue to change me for the better!
