The risotto with carrots it is one of our favorites recepies that a lot of customers used for special
occasions. Those are the ingridients, please follow them and you will acheive the same great

- Carots: 500g
- Vegetal broth: 1L
- Black Pepper: As you prefer
- Extravergin Oil: 60 g
- Rise: 500 g
- White Onions: 80 g
- Salt: As you prefer
- White wine: no more than 1 glass
- Parmigian Cheese: 500 g
Step 1: Cut in very tiny pieces your carrots and put them in a pot.
Add the water and make them boiled.
Step 2: When the carrots are almost cooked,
add them in a pot with oil and onion . only for few seconds.
Step 3: In the mean time boiled the risotto with water, oil, and salt
Step 5: Add the carrots into your risotto.

- Minced meat: 500g
- white bread: 2 slices
- Milk: 1 glass
- Extravergin Oil: 60 g
- Egg: 1
- Tomatos soup: 1 L
- Salt: As you prefer
- Parmigian Cheese: 500 g
Step 1: In a small pot,immerge the bread into the milk .
Step 2: In another pot: minced meat, bread slices, egg, il parmigian.
Step 3: In the mean time prepare the souce: put the oil on a pot and add the tomatos souce.
Step 4: When the souce is hot, add the meatballs in the pot.
Step 5: Wait 10 minuts and turn the meatballs in the other side.
