Ian's Kebabs is a fast-casual restaurant concept specializing in kebabs, focusing on delivering an authentic and elegant experience.
The concept of Ian's Kebabs was first conceived by Ian Chu in the late hours on September 1st, 2017, in the men's bathroom of Rome's popular nightclub Shari Vari. Mr. Chu had visions of a late-night fast food establishment with consistently average food. With the help of his five apartment-mates, Ian opened his restaurant in late September 2017 with three employees. We sold our first kebab on October 27th, 2017, and haven't looked back since. We are in the process of developing a second concept, Ian's Suppli, coming soon in Summer 2018! Stay tuned for more information.
