    If you have an account on the app MyTIM, you can retrieve your account in simple steps:

    • via SMS: through typing your phone number, you will receive an SMS with a temporary code and your username.
    • via EMAIL: through typing your email address, you will receive your password on the email provided.
  2. Does the WIFI signal cover the entire house?
    • If you have a big house, we suggest you to position the WIFI router in a central area of the house to improve the WIFI coverage. If this is not enough, you might want to consider to buy a WIFI repeater to amplify the internet signal.
  3. How do I verify my phone credit, bonuses, and phone plans?

    You can consult your phone credit, bonuses, and phone plans in the following ways:

    • Directly on your smartphone, through logging in MyTIM app. You can download it for free through the link we provide on this page.
    • Directly online on the website tim.it in the section "MyTIM" you will find all the info about your phone credit, bonuses, minutes, SMS, and GB available on your phone.
    • You can call 40916 to know your credit. Through pressing the button 1, you can know your phone plans, bonuses, minutes, SMS, and GB left on your phone.
    • You can send a text message to 119 and ask "what is my phone credit?". The service will respond with an SMS letting you know your phone credit left, bonuses, and phone plans.
