The domain of Podere Cappuccini is placed up high on the Tuscan mountains, with a breathtaking view on the valley from the vast outdoor area (with a pool). The farm is composed of one main house on the lower level, with living and dining room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Above it is the second house, which is actually two seperate appartments. They each have the same layout, with the kitchen, dining and living room at the entrance, then a hallway with storage, leading to the bathroom and the bedroom.

Podere Cappuccini is located within a 30min walk from the main village, Cortona. It is typical village, still enclosed within stone walls, and filled with restaurants and bars. You will also find the etruscan museum which is a must to visit. It also holds a pharmacy, minimarket and more. Lower down in the valley, from a 5min drive, you will enter the small town of Camucia, which too offer convivial places, but also a larger supermarket.
Higher on the mountain, you can also visit the cappuccini's temple. It is a beautiful places with stone houses on the mountain's façade, filled with vegetation. You will be able to cross a bridge over the torrent that passes through. Here is a church dedicated to St Anthony.
Finally, by car you can also visit the many neighbouring cities such as Montepulciano, Anzio, Orvieto and more. With more delicious restaurants but also museums and breathtaking sights.
