About Us
The Scuola della Pace Community of Volunteers was founded in Rome in 1968 by a group of young people inspired by the Gospel and the Second Vatican Council. Since then, we have grown into a global network of communities, present in more than 70 countries around the world.
Our mission is to promote a culture of peace and nonviolence, solidarity, and social justice, through education, advocacy, and action. We believe that every person has the right to live in dignity, and that we all have a role to play in building a more just and peaceful world.
If you share our vision and values, we invite you to join us and become part of our community of volunteers.
