When do shows take place?

NYFW takes place over 4 days in September 2025. Individual show times vary; check the detailed schedule after purchase.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Tickets are non-transferable and require valid ID matching the name on your registration at entry.

What's the refund policy?

Refunds are available up to 14 days before the event. After that date, exchanges only.

Is photography allowed?

Personal photography is permitted at general admission shows. VIP passes include exclusive photography opportunities.

Do I need an invitation?

Invitations grant priority access and discounts. All tiers are available to the general public, subject to capacity.

How do group orders work?
