Fun for all!
The Basic class is great for the beginners or even the seasoned practitioner.
This class take you through the classical basic yoga poses to help you develop body awareness, strength, and flexibility.
Learn to breathe and gain strength and flexibility at your own pace with safety and alignment as a main focus.

Hot Yoga

We take static poses to create focus and mix it with Vinyasa Flow for strength and flexibility.
Then, we add in some upbeat, motivating music and a little heat for your health.
Now you’ve got the combination for a unique, uplifting, rejuvenating experience.
This series will stay the same each class, but no two practices are ever identical, the challenge is yours to create!

Family

A fun, active, dynamic and imaginative yoga class where families are introduced together the basic poses of yoga.
Our family yoga class incorporates individual and partner yoga poses, breath work and relaxation techniques into a dynamic and playful experience that you can enjoy together as a family!
Classes will lead kids and families on the path toward a calm and balanced mind, as well as helping to build a strong, healthy and flexible body– tools that can be used in everyday life!
The family as a system benefits, too: better communication and deeper understanding along with having fun connecting in spontaneous and unexpected ways.
This class is for parents and kids ages 12 to 16.

Prenatal

Gentle puts you back in touch with the ground beneath your feet.
Here we’ll focus on slowing things down. This class will incorporate a slower-paced series of powerful postures with longer holds and deeper breaths.
By cultivating patience, physical strength, and mental stability, you’ll feel more grounded in no time.
Expectant mothers can join in this safe and supportive practice to help alleviate some of the common discomforts and stresses of pregnancy.
