Attractions to be seen around Rome

What to See!

When in Rome, one must see all of the tourist sites because as busy and touristy as they are, they’re famous for a reason. The colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, Villa Borghese, the Pantheon, Saint Peter’s Basilica, and many more. Here are some other great places to visit during your time in Rome. Monti is a neighborhood near the colosseum which is home to cute restaurants, artist markets, and many vintage shops. There is fun nightlife there, and is relatively close to many other must-see spots. Via del Corso is a busy shopping street that stretches between the famous Piazza Venezia and Piazza Del Popolo. There are all the shops in this area, many right on the main street. Near Via del Corso you can take a detour to the Spanish Steps. The Spanish Steps are even nicer later at night when there are fewer people out and about and the stores have all closed. This way, there won't be such a huge crowd as there is during the day. Trastevere is another charming neighborhood that has a very young crowd, the tiny streets, quaint shops, vibrant nightlife, and traditional italian cuisine intersect here. There is so much to see and do in Rome, that one trip won’t be enough. We’ve been living here but there is still so much we want to see and do!
