Restaurants and Food
- Eataly – Had pasta with ragu and split potatoes
- KFC – After missing the flight had a quick snack
- Terramar Restaurant – Really good buffet breakfast every morning
- White Tower Lido – Had linguine with clams, Blue Label beer on the beach
- Piatto Nero – Italian food: split carbonara and had a burger
- Brigantine Bar – Drank at the bar. Watched some girl lose her earring
- Cremeria Monteforte – Ate gelato after walking by the Pantheon
- Mammò Trastevere – Eggs, bacon, avacado and hash brown breakfast
- Fradiavolo – Split pizza and french fries before class
- Ciociaro – Artichoke, focaccia, amatriciana and florentine steak
- La tavernetta 29 da tony e andrea – Fried calamari, cacio e pepe, and steak with potatoes

Sights Visited / Activities
- Malta – Stayed at Ramla Bay Resort
- Rome – Stayed at Hotel La Rovere in Trastevere
– Walked around the resort and checked out the ocean
– Went to White Tower Bay
– Played lots of iPad games and cards
– Walked around Via del Corso. Ellie bought a ring
– Explored near the markets by the castle
– Ellie bought her friends perfume at the pharmacy
– Had aperitivo in Piazza Navona. Played cards and had Hugo Spritz's
– Went to St. Peter's square at night
