– Split appetizers and each had our own pizza

– Mini octopus, beef carpaccio, amatriciana and truffle steak

– Ziti in onion sauce and seabass

– White pizza with arugula and prosciutto
- Osteria Tre Rose
– Ate Le Cannazze di Calitri and braciole
- Farm
– Ate at a farm and learned how to make burrata and mozzerella and visited a lemoncello factory
Sights Visited / Activities
- Day 1
– Met grandma, grandpa, Tommy and Robert for dinner
– Got beers with Tommy and Robert at La Scaletta
- Day 2
– Three hour golf cart tour of the Appian Way and Catacombs
- Day 3
– Toured Castel Sant'Angelo
- Day 4
– Took the train to Naples after my Italian class. Stayed at Eurostars Hotel Excelsior
- Day 5
– Went on a day trip to Sorrento, Pompeii and toured Cantina Del Vesuvio winery
- Day 6
– Did a day trip to Calitri and researched our family tree. On the way back we toured the winery Feudi Di San Gregorio
- Day 7
– Day trip to the Amalfi Coast. Visited Ravello, Amalfi, and Positano
