Who we are

The JCU Business Club is a student-run organization aiming at creating a community of students that will be able to create new projects in the future, work together as a team, and learn how to deal with business matters. We, the board of the Business Club, want to stimulate students to think beyond the individual functions of a business, and to understand the strategies that lead to sustained success over time. We prepare our members to enter the business world, by involving them in projects and activities and providing a link between students and companies.

The mission of the Business Club is:

To provide JCU students with new academic, professional, and social opportunities

To educate the University community on business topics

To promote communication and networking among students, faculty members, and alumni as well

To provide members greater exposure to the world of business through guest speaker forums, club fundraisers, community service projects, and excursions to leading companies

To assist the University by providing services at university events

The Business Club has worked for and with its members in order to fulfill the above goals.
