Northeast

The northeast suffers from snowy roads and salt damage from rust (see midwest for more information); however, the northeast is a superior car-buying region to the midwest because of abundance. The northeast is massively populated. With that, comes vehicles. THere are tons and tons of vehicles to choose from. While many will have the same issues that the midwest has, there are many more to choose from that increases your ability to find a solid vehicle. However, there is another issue that the northeast has that the midwest does not - flooding. Well, for the most part. The northeast is periodically battered with hurricanes, so you must be wary to inspect for flood damage as a potential buyer. There are tons of cars not so many pickup trucks and a decent amount of SUVs, but you should be able to find a good deal on nice sedans and sports cars.
