Max Verstappen was born on September 30, 1997, in Hasselt, Belgium into a family deeply involved in motorsports. His father, Jos Verstappen, is a former Formula 1 driver, and his mother, Sophie Kumpen, was a kart racer. Max began karting at a young age, and his natural talent quickly became apparent. His rise through the racing ranks was rapid and he progressed through the karting categories and moved on to compete in single-seater championships. In 2015, at the age of 17, he made history by becoming the youngest driver to compete in Formula 1 when he joined Scuderia Toro Rosso, now known as Scuderia AlphaTauri. Verstappen's debut season in Formula 1 showcased his exceptional skill and fearlessness on the track. His aggressive driving style and remarkable performances drew attention, and he was quickly promoted to the Red Bull Racing team in 2016. With Red Bull, Verstappen became the youngest winner of a Formula 1 race at the Spanish Grand Prix in 2016 and has continued to impress. Today, Verstappen is absolutely destroying the competition and seems like he is in a league of his own winning 3 consecutive World Championships. In the 2023 season, Max won a total of 19 races and broke the record for most consecutive wins in a row with 10, which he did at the 2023 Italian Grand Prix in Monza.
