In this section of exercises, we are going to discuss three of the major lifts. If you are someone who is an experienced athlete or weight lifter, you will be very familiar with all of these exercises. On the other hand, if you are a beginner and have never heard of these exercises, you will get to know them very well as they are a key component in helping to build muscle and get stronger.
