Our Programs

At Six Pack Gym we have many different programs we offer. We offer different cycling classes, pilates, and yoga. However, our big program is we have a personal trainer who will take you through a 6 week workout plan 4 days a week. If you want a higher intensity program this might be for you. We give you an example of what this high intensity workout may look like so you know if it is for you.
